@bk: Thanks. Btw, y arent u in any of the runs? Out of town?
Congratulations on finishing your first full marathon!! Well done!! and simply incredible pictures too - what camera do you use?
Bhasker
@Bhasker: Thanks. I use a Canon Powershot A400. Pretty much outdated. But still does a good enough job of most requirements.
Sudhir,
Yes, Im in NY, so I can only join you vicariously.
I do a lot of running over here, mostly on trails too, which really is my passion, so I enjoy seeing your pics of various locations. Theres really nothing like running close to nature, as you know.
Hoping to get out there and join you all some day!
Keep clicking away, and keep running!
Really Nice pics man.. And congratulations on the finish.. must be exhilirating! :)
@bk: I agree. Running close to nature, u dont feel that u have ran as much distance..... Although i finished 42 in around 6 hrs, i felt that it was 'just' 42. Thats wat nature lets u to think.
@priyanka: Thanks. Yup. Really exhilarating. U must be too. Ur first half right? I read ur amazing post.
Good pics..nice activity to foster one's spirit.
@srik: You bet! why dont u give it a shot? U seem pretty much cut out for endurance stuff
yes, will soon join you .. :)
Sudhir, congrats on finishing!
I guess you sacrificed time for art with all those pictures!
Im really not an ultra runner, as I seem to lose interest after about 2 hrs of running, so Ive always been more into the shorter, faster events..5ks thru 1/2 marathon.
However I wouldnt have minded doing the 26k at the Ultra. I'll be in Kerala on the day of the race!
@bk: I sure did sacrifice time. But it served as breaks anyway.
Enjoy ur kerala visit/stay, while i torture my muscles to new heights (of pain) :)
I knew that it will be phographical jog for you ...........
You made it just more than that ...
too good pics.
@goo: Well, it was a nice place..... And u know me when im at nice places
